Please read them carefully, as they form a binding contract between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Scope of Services The Company provides a wide spectrum of logistics and supply chain management services, including but not limited to: - Transportation Services: Road, rail, air, sea, and dedicated fleet services. - Warehousing & Distribution: Secure storage, inventory management, order picking, and last-mile delivery. - Freight Forwarding & Cargo Clearing: Domestic and international clearance, documentation, and multimodal transport coordination. - Value-Added Solutions: Real-time tracking, route optimization, customs clearance, and digital documentation. Service details, including transit times, handling procedures, and specific service requirements, will be outlined in separate service contracts or order confirmations. These services may be supplemented by additional agreements based on the Customer's particular needs. 3. Customer Obligations The Customer is required to: - Provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding shipments, including all necessary documentation and handling instructions. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements in India as well as in the destination country for international shipments. - Bear sole responsibility for any delays, additional costs, or complications arising from inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. The Customer also agrees to cooperate with the Company during the shipment process and respond promptly to any requests for clarification or further information. 4. Payment Terms and Charges All fees, freight charges, and additional costs for the services rendered will be outlined in the Service Contract or invoice. These limitations will apply notwithstanding any statutory provisions that might otherwise extend liability. 7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality All intellectual property rights—such as trademarks, patents, and proprietary data—displayed on the Website and within any service documents are owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of service delivery.
